SEX THERAPY
Let's talk about sex! Sex therapy helps with sexual concerns through education, exploration of feelings, and resources for individuals or couples. Sex therapy can open new possibilities for individual pleasure, guide parents with talking to their child/teen about sex, as well as help couples strengthen their connection in and out of the bedroom. Nothing is off limits or too taboo to talk about. That is why we provide a nonjudgmental and open-minded environment for our clients to safely express their erotic needs.

Who is Sex Therapy best suited for?
-
Individuals and couples who are struggling with sexual and reproductive health issues (ie. desire discrepancies, sexual dysfunctions, talking to children/teenagers about sex, experiencing shame around sex or sexuality, difficulties after abortion, miscarriage, childbirth, trauma etc).

How does Sex Therapy work?
-
Upon arrival, you will be greeted warmly.
-
Afterwards, you will be asked some questions (sexual/relational history, views about sex, etc.) so as to get a better understanding of what your concerns are and how we can best help you on your journey.
-
In addition, you are also encouraged to ask questions about the process so that we can begin to develop a therapeutic relationship.

What do I need to get started?
-
Nothing but the concerns that have brought you to counseling.
